Billy Lane Trial Delayed Again
Bordering on ridiculous, Billy Lane’s manslaughter trial date still has not yet been set. Legal BS has put off a date with yet another hearing scheduled for the middle of June at which time the judge thinks they will be able to set (same as the last three hearings) a trial date. In a related matter, the woman riding in Lane’s truck when the accident happened has filed a lawsuit against both Lane and Chrysler Motors.
